Do I need to use Altruistiq's services, or can I just use the platform?
The platform works as a standalone product. Services exist for teams that want to move faster, go deeper, or don't have the internal capacity to run certain programmes – like large-scale supplier engagement or complex multi-entity implementation. Most enterprise customers use a combination of both.
How does supplier engagement work as a managed service?
We act as an extension of your team. We help you cohort and prioritise your supply chain, define outreach plans, train procurement teams to make initial contact, and run onboarding calls to get suppliers set up. We manage the process from first contact through to validated data in your footprint, using proven playbooks built from running programmes across complex agricultural supply chains.
What does implementation actually involve?
Our implementation team handles system connections, data mapping, and team training to get you operational quickly – including ERP, PLM, and procurement platform integrations. You're not handed software and documentation and left to figure it out. The goal is to get your team running in days rather than months.
